As a full service pharmacy, we are currently stocked with a large range of fast moving consumer goods, prescription medicines and over-the-counter products. Besides our wide range of medicines, we comprehensively cover other aspects of health-care such as hair and skin care, baby care, personal hygiene products as well as high-end perfumes and cosmetics. As of now various international brands such as Red-Bull, Omron, Avene, Gillette and Dr. Scholl's rank us as their most preferred partner. Many new entrants from international markets have cited our outlets as a launch pad for their brands in India.
We have two major types of products - Fast Moving Health Goods (FMHG) and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Prescription and over the counter medicines fall under FMHG and account for the bulk of our revenue.
Our Product range includes over 25,000 Prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, health foods, health supplements, baby care, skin care and hair care products. We have a special relationship with the Himalaya Drug Company and many other market leaders. Furthermore, we ensure that all our products are kept at the right temperature and are well displayed ensuring that the customer can touch, feel and choose.
We, at 98.4°®, have mastered all aspects of the pharmaceutical supply chain and have special arrangements for bulk sourcing and buying. All our products are bar coded with a unique identification number, expiry and batch detail. Our automatically updated system ensures that all our goods are transported to their respective locations based on consumer demand. Our product assortment is relevant to the buying context of our consumers and often exceeds customer expectations.
At the backend, we have a team of professionals who are prompt in sourcing material and use state of the art decision-making tools to forecast demand so that all our products are always available to our consumers. That is how something we believe will aid us greatly in becoming our clienteles' chemists for life.
We have a defined set of processes that stand behind sourcing, and a unique vendor compliance program through which we ensure that the medicines and other products are sourced directly from companies, distributors and authorized stockists, thereby ensuring genuineness. We have a centralized distribution process and location specific warehouses to ensure faster delivery of products and merchandise to our stores. |
